Moroccan Mothers Anxiously Await News of Children Who Crossed into Ceuta

Anxiety is gaining the ranks of many Moroccan mothers who are waiting for the return of their children who took part in the expedition by swimming or on foot towards Ceuta. They have no news and do not know what has become of them, whether they have been housed in reception centers or whether they are among the many others thrown into the sea or pushed back to Morocco.
Among the migrants who invaded Ceuta and Melilla, there are many children who followed the human tide out of curiosity, while they were returning from school. They swelled the ranks of migrants to Ceuta, thus putting their families in anguish and fear. For a few days, their mothers have been at the border post in Fnideq to get information about their fate, reports Hespress.
This is the case of a mother who said that her 15-year-old son is in Sebta and that she does not know the conditions in which he is living, whether he is alive. Like her, dozens of women are waiting to receive news of their children who are students from the cities of Tetouan and Martil.
The figures from the local authorities in Ceuta indicate that 1,500 Moroccan minors entered Sebta, most of them by swimming or with inflatable buoys.
