Moroccan Mother Stranded in Ceuta, Unable to Reunite with Disabled Son After Passport Theft

Amina El Hboussi, a Moroccan, has been stranded in Ceuta for more than 7 months and has been the victim of the theft of her passport. The loss of this travel document shatters the dream of this 55-year-old woman who hoped to take advantage of the ongoing repatriation to join her disabled son in Morocco.
This loss of the passport has affected this woman much more, who has always fought to raise her disabled son alone, known to everyone. When this child was still a baby, she took care of him by taking him with her on her many crossings.
At the time, she could not leave him alone, as she had no one to entrust him to, reports El Faro de Ceuta. Since the announcement of the repatriation of Moroccans from Sebta, she had applauded the measure that would allow her to hug this little one she has not seen since March 13, the date of the closure of the borders of the Kingdom.
A few days ago, her personal effects, in which the travel document was found, were snatched from her by unscrupulous individuals. Without a travel document, it is impossible for her to return to Morocco and finally see her son again.
