Moroccan Mother and Three Children Killed in Spanish Road Accident to be Repatriated

The bodies of the woman of Moroccan origin and her three children (5 years old and two 2-year-old twins), who died on Tuesday in a road accident in Segovia, Spain, will be repatriated to Morocco.
The 36-year-old woman and her minor children died after their car collided with a truck on the N-110 road in the municipality of Aldealengua de Pedraza. The municipal council of Riaza (Segovia) observed a minute of silence in their memory at their home on Tuesday. "We sympathize with the family’s grief and express our support in these difficult times of the loss of Mouna (the mother) and Zaid, Reda and Riad," the Riaza town hall said in a statement.
The mayor of Riaza, Benjamín Cerezo, reaffirmed the authorities’ availability to provide the necessary financial and psychological assistance to the family and to expedite the procedures for repatriating the bodies to Tangier, Morocco. The inconsolable husband and father of the victims awaits to receive the bodies in Segovia to initiate these procedures, reports ABC.
The investigations continue to determine the causes of the accident, in particular to try to understand how the Ford vehicle in which the Moroccan woman and her three children were traveling ended up on the opposite lane and collided head-on with a semi-trailer.
