Moroccan Midfielder Fayçal Fajr Rejoins Getafe on Two-Year Deal
Moroccan midfielder Fayçal Fajr has signed a two-year contract with Getafe, the Spanish club announced on its website.
The arrival of Façal Fajr at Getafe is now official. The Madrid club announced it on its website: "Getafe CF and Stade Malherbe Caen have reached an agreement for the transfer of Faycal Fajr to our club. The international midfielder has signed for two seasons".
A former recruit of this Spanish club, Fayçal Fajr, 30, had left Getafe in August 2018 for Caen (French Ligue 1), a club in which he had already played between 2011 and 2014. In this team, he had been a starter for 36 Ligue 1 matches, with 5 goals to his name.
Last year, the Moroccan player had expressed his wish to return to France to be close to his family.
