Morocco’s Fayçal Fajr Breaks Silence on Team’s Shock CAN Exit and Locker Room Tensions

Moroccan international Fayçal Fajr has just spoken out for the first time since the early exit of the Atlas Lions by the Benin Squirrels.
Silent since the elimination of his team from the CAN, Faycal Fajr, the Moroccan international, expressed himself on his Instagram account. An important cog in the national team, the former member of the Stade Malherbe de Caen club looked back on this poorly negotiated adventure. He also gave his share of truth about his relationship with his teammate, who left the training camp before the CAN, Abderrazak Hamadallah, over a penalty miss.
For the former Caen player, it is difficult to overcome this ordeal, especially when it comes to a continental competition. "The love I have for my country is indescribable, I am always at its service no matter what happens, because it takes priority, I am always ready to make concessions for the good of the group," he said on his Instagram account.
As for Hamadallah’s departure, he attributes it to a web of lies relayed by the local media. According to him, he has "caused no harm to anyone".
