Moroccan Man Sentenced to 6 Years for Sexually Abusing 7-Year-Old Nephew in Spain

The Superior Court of Justice of Castilla y León has confirmed the sentence of the provincial court of León which sentenced a Moroccan man found guilty of raping his nephew seven times to six years in prison.
The defendant, who had no criminal record, appealed the decision of the León court, which was however rejected, reports Europa Press, which has the information from judicial sources.
Thus, the decision was confirmed and the Moroccan, accused of repeated sexual abuse on his 7-year-old nephew, was sentenced to six years in prison, a ban on approaching the victim for fifteen years and ten years of probation, in addition to a fine of 3,000 euros.
The sexual assaults occurred once in Morocco, during a visit with the boy to his family, and the rest in León, between October 2017 and March 2018.
