Moroccan Man Kills Mother and Wife in Casablanca Home After Returning from Brazil

In Casablanca, a Moroccan living in Brazil attacked his family, before attempting suicide. The bodies of his mother and his wife were discovered on Zineb Ishak Street, located in the Hay Mohammadi neighborhood.
A return to the country marked by a tragedy. While he was residing in Brazil, a 42-year-old Moroccan decides to return to Morocco to settle in the Hay Mohammadi neighborhood in Casablanca with his mother and his wife. Four months later, he commits the unthinkable. He kills his mother and his wife with knife blows. Their bodies were discovered by the brother of his spouse "who went to the home after several unanswered telephone calls to his sister," reports the daily Assabah.
Alerted, the elements of the judicial police of the Aïn Sebaâ district arrive at the crime scene. Seeing them, the alleged murderer attempts to commit suicide. He jumps out the window of his apartment, but it will be a vain suicide attempt. He fell on a car that was parked in the area. Injured, he was immediately taken to the emergency room of the hospital under close surveillance to receive the necessary care, before being questioned. As for the bodies of the victims, they were transported to the local morgue. An autopsy should be carried out as part of the investigation opened by the competent authorities.
