Moroccan Man Arrested in Spain for Fatal Assault on Compatriot

A Moroccan national in his fifties was arrested by the Spanish National Police last Saturday for his alleged involvement in a case of voluntary homicide.
According to Spanish media, a violent argument broke out between two individuals in an abandoned house in Torremolinos, in the south of the country, causing serious head injuries to the victim.
Upon arriving at the scene, the police found the lifeless body of the Moroccan victim lying in a pool of blood in the middle of the house, while the alleged aggressor was arrested while trying to flee. He was also injured.
Pending the results of the autopsy, which was to be performed the next day in Malaga, the preliminary investigation revealed that the victim, aged 57, had received blows to the head with an iron bar.
