Moroccan Jewish Fish Stew ’Chraime’ Named Among World’s Top 8 Dishes

Chraime, a 100% Moroccan Jewish dish, is among the eight best culinary specialties in the world, according to a recent ranking by Slurrp.
"In the enchanting country of Morocco, we discover the Chraime, a fiery fish stew that ignites the senses. Loaded with exotic spices such as paprika, cumin and cayenne pepper, this dish offers a bold and intense flavor profile," the specialized site details.
To make the "Chraime", which means "hot" in Arabic, you have to cook white fish or snapper "gently in a spicy sauce based on tomatoes and red peppers, creating a sensation of heat that makes you want to eat more," it adds.
The "Chraime", widely consumed by Jews during festivities, is the fifth best culinary specialty in the world in this ranking. The first place is occupied by Bouillabaisse, the traditional culinary specialty of the Mediterranean Provence in France.
