The Moroccan influencer "Moulinex" is actually Algerian

The legal case involving several content creators took a new turn this Tuesday in Tangier. A confrontation was organized before the second chamber of the investigating judge at the Court of Appeal between the TikToker nicknamed "Moulinex" and the mother of Adam Benchakroun, both prosecuted for major criminal acts.

During this session, "Moulinex" specified his identity, stating that he is of Algerian origin and also holds a European nationality. On the merits of the case, he formally denied any relationship with the mother of the TikToker Adam, claiming not to know her. This hearing was mainly limited to the recording of a record of identification between the two parties. However, the investigation will accelerate as the magistrate has scheduled a new confrontation session this Thursday to go into the details of the case.

Accusations of human trafficking and sexual exploitation

The charges against the protagonists are particularly serious. "Moulinex", currently detained in Tangier Prison 2, is being prosecuted by the public prosecutor’s office for a series of crimes including human trafficking, cross-border sexual exploitation, prostitution, as well as the dissemination of harmful content to children and incitement to debauchery. These accusations expose him to a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison.

For her part, Adam’s mother is facing similar prosecutions before the Court of Appeal, notably for human trafficking and sexual exploitation of others through the production of pornographic content in a cross-border context. As for the son, the TikToker "Adam", he is being prosecuted by the investigating judge of the court of first instance for offenses related to "sexual deviance", indecency and the manufacture of pornographic material.
