Moroccan Influencer and Ex-Minister’s Daughter Arrested After Drunken Altercation in Rabat

Sofiane El Bahri and the daughter of former minister Lahcen Daoudi were arrested on the night of Saturday to Sunday, as they were leaving a restaurant in Rabat. They were both in an advanced state of intoxication.
A fight broke out around midnight between the administrator of a Facebook page, who was disseminating unpublished photos of King Mohammed VI, and Nadia Daoudi, the daughter of former Minister of General Affairs, Lahcen Daoudi.
At closing time of a restaurant in the very trendy Mahaj Ryad center in Agdal, the famous influencer would have repelled the advances of the young woman, who was trying to express her admiration for him. Wounded in her pride, she struck him on the head with a bottle of alcohol.
The scene quickly degenerated and the two revelers were taken into custody at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, pending their appearance before the Prosecutor for drunkenness and disturbance of public order.
