Moroccan Hackers Allegedly Target 30 Algerian Websites, Including Government Portals

Moroccan hackers are said to be behind the hacking of several Algerian websites, including those belonging to the government.
"Hacked by Morocco Hack Team Neige Ma", is the phrase that appears on several hacked Algerian websites on the evening of Thursday, December 17, reports Interlignes. In total, 30 websites hosted in Algeria, some of which belong to ministerial departments, were victims of this cyber attack. Among them, the websites of the national agency for the development of hydrocarbon resources "Alnaft", the Algerian Motorways "ADA", the Mazafran hotel and Info Trafic Algérie.
"Hacked by Morocco Hack Team Neige Ma. Long live the Moroccan Empire: our history speaks for us. Mauritania and Algeria are part of us." This is the message appearing on the home pages of the sites. The motivations of the hackers are, for the moment, unknown.
