Moroccan Fugitives Exploit Private Clinics as Hideouts, Evading Justice in Casablanca

Wanted by the police, many criminals are hiding in private clinics in Casablanca, where they have themselves hospitalized. A way to evade justice.
Hiding in private clinics. This is the new trick of criminals who are the subject of a wanted notice. This is the case of a notary practicing in Safi, wanted by the justice system for breach of trust and misappropriation of property belonging to others for an amount exceeding 30 million dirhams, who has been staying quietly for nearly a month in a clinic in the city of Casablanca, where he continues to do his business, reports Assabah. The lawyer regularly receives his colleagues as well as clients in a room located in one of the wards generally frequented by wealthy people. He apparently does not have any health problems.
Like him, there are many of these individuals (swindlers, scammers or even drug barons) who resort to booking a room in a clinic to evade justice and continue their activities in complete peace. Access to hotels is prohibited for them and continuing to live in their rented apartments represents a permanent risk for them. They can be arrested at any time due to the wanted notice issued against them.
