Moroccan Fugitive Among Spain’s Most Wanted for 2015 Ibiza Murder

A Moroccan is on the list of the most wanted men by Spain that has just been revealed by the Guardia Civil. This man, described as dangerous, has not given any sign of life since 2015.
Among these outlaws is Hicham Douh, 45 years old, identified as one of the most formidable of the lot. This Moroccan from Casablanca has been identified by the Civil Guard as the perpetrator of the murder of Rilma Liliana, a woman of Bolivian origin, on June 15, 2015, in a house in Sant Antoni de Portmany (Ibiza). He then fled the same day of the murder to his parents’ home in Morocco. The Civil Guard believes this criminal may have crossed countries like Iran and Syria.
Also on this list are Bozijov Kosmakovy, alias "Tarek" born in the former Yugoslavia; Baba Ndiaye, a 43-year-old man, is originally from Kadji in Senegal. The only woman on the list is Sara Gina Panitzke. 45 years old, she is from Yorkshire in England and has already been sentenced to eight years in prison by the British authorities for laundering a billion pounds.
In total, there are fourteen criminals from several countries, targeted in Spain as the most wanted by the police and cited in the charges such as drug trafficking, murder, theft.
