Moroccan Fugitive Arrested in Spain for Family Massacre Over Inheritance Dispute

Suspected of having killed six members of his family, and under an international arrest warrant issued against him by the Moroccan authorities, a man of Moroccan origin was arrested in Spain.
In a statement, the Spanish police indicate that they arrested this Sunday, April 25, this man accused of being involved in the murder last February of his brother, his sister-in-law, their two adult children and their two grandchildren in Salé. The suspect had been living for many years in Castellon, in the east of the country.
The police specify that the Moroccan, before his act, had threatened by telephone the members of his family to kill them following a dispute over a "land inheritance".
The man did not hesitate to act in February. Six of them "were stabbed in their sleep and their home was deliberately set on fire," causing their death.
