Moroccan Expats Fall Victim to Vacation Rental Scams in Popular Coastal Areas

Hundreds of vacationers - Moroccans and MREs - who chose to spend part of their summer vacation in the M’diq and Marina Smir region, have been victims of real estate scams. The rental of rooms in the Marina Beach area exceeds 2,000 dirhams per night. Despite these scams, most of them do not file complaints with the competent authorities.
