The Moroccan Abdesslam Rhnimi has been appointed to head Total Tunisia, replacing Kazakhan Mansur Zhakupov.
This decision was made on December 4, 2019, following the Board of Directors meeting of the French group’s Tunisian subsidiary.
Before his appointment, the Moroccan Abdesslam Rhnimi was, until that date, HSE manager of Total Africa. He was also responsible for risk assessment and the definition of the health, safety and environmental policy.
It should be noted that the new head of Total Tunisia was in charge of the liquefied petroleum gas section at Total Morocco, before joining Total’s headquarters in France in September 2016.
