Moroccan Elite Divide: Ministers Jet to Luxury Resorts as PM Stays Local for Summer Break

Moroccan ministers have chosen to spend their summer vacations abroad, while the Head of Government, as every year, will enjoy his holidays in the seaside resort of Taghazout.
Just after the allegiance ceremony, some ministers flew with their families to the United States, others to Greece, Nice, Monaco and Italian islands to spend their summer vacations, says Rue20, adding that the Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch, will go, as every summer, to Taghazout for his holidays.
The same source specifies that five ministers holding important and sensitive portfolios did not go on vacation. They continue to attend to their duties in Rabat.
