Moroccan Driver Mehdi Bennani Clinches 2020 TCR Europe Championship

The 2020 TCR final took place on the permanent Jarama circuit in Spain. It is the Moroccan Mehdi Bennani who comes out on top with a total of 285 points.
This victory of the Moroccan driver is the result of hard work and intense preparation. Mehdi Bennani was at the wheel of an Audi RS 3 LMS TCR, and was able to overcome the obstacles up to the first place. Everything was played out in the second race where he took advantage of the retirement of the German Mike Halder to win.
Mehdi Bennani is the first Moroccan driver to have joined the World Touring Car Championship and the first in North Africa.
