Moroccan Defender Adam Masina Transfers from Watford to Udinese in Serie A Return

Moroccan international Adam Masina is no longer a Watford player. He has just joined Udinese for the next four seasons, thus returning to Serie A.
Four years ago, Moroccan player Adam Masina left the Italian championship for the Premier League. Today, the left-back of the Atlas Lions is returning to Serie A, this time to Udinese Calcio, which, like Watford, belongs to Giampaolo Pozzo.
The Atlas Lion is taking advantage of the injury sustained by Portuguese left-back Leonardo Buta, who arrived from Braga in early June. The Italian club was looking for a player with the same profile and the Moroccan player fit the bill given his experience and ambitions.
This is how the two clubs decided to sign a four-year contract. It is good news for the Moroccan player who, through a publication on social media in May 2022, hinted at his desire to leave the English championship to start over elsewhere.
