Moroccan Boxer Moussa Gholam Climbs World Rankings After Unanimous Win in Barcelona

Moroccan professional boxer, Moussa Gholam just added a new victory to his record, winning Saturday in Barcelona, his fight against Mexican Abraham Montoya by unanimous decision of the three judges (99-91 / 99-91 / 100-90).
It was in front of nearly 5,000 spectators that the boxer Moussa Gholam got the better of his opponent, the Mexican Abraham Montoya, thus winning his 20th victory, including 12 won by KO out of 21 fights. For this latest fight in Barcelona, the Moroccan beat his opponent after 10 rounds.
With this victory, Gholam climbs in the rankings and finds himself in 12th place worldwide, all categories combined, alongside boxers like Shakur Stevenson and Oscar Valdez.
Moussa Gholam was WBC Junior World Champion (2018), and WBO Intercontinental Champion in 2019.
