Moroccan and Israeli Tourism Ministers Plan Landmark Visit to Boost Bilateral Travel

The Moroccan Minister of Tourism, Nadia Fettah Alaoui, will soon visit Israel at the invitation of her Israeli counterpart, Orit Farkash Hacohen. This will be a working visit during which the two personalities will discuss strategies to be adopted for the promotion of tourism in both Morocco and Israel.
On Friday, on her Facebook page, the Israeli minister indicated that she had a conversation with the Moroccan Minister of Tourism and invited her to visit Israel.
"We have already started preparing a schedule for a working visit" to launch cooperation between the two countries in the tourism sector, said Orit Farkash Hacohen. "Finally, we agreed that tourism and contact between peoples are the key to peace between countries."
A few days ago, Nadia Fettah Alaoui confided in an interview with the Israeli public channel Kan that Morocco expects some 200,000 Israeli tourists.
