Moroccan Air Force Training Plane Crashes, Killing Two

An aircraft belonging to the Royal Air Force (RAF) training center crashed this Thursday morning during takeoff at Benslimane airport. The two people on board did not survive.
The accident occurred around 10 a.m. this Thursday. The small plane, a Diamond Aircraft DA42 (twin-engine aircraft) used for the training of airline pilots of national airlines, crashed on takeoff, according to a source to the site Le360. The two occupants, an instructor and his student, were killed on the spot.
For the moment, the causes of the crash remain unknown. The investigation, led by the Royal Gendarmerie, in coordination with the Bureau of Investigations and Analyses for Civil Aviation Safety (BEA), will shed light on this accident.
