Moroccan Actor Noureddine El Attab Dies at 39 After Fall from Boat in Spanish Port

Moroccan actor, Noureddine El Attab, famous for his roles in "El Príncipe", "Cuéntame" and "La que se avecina", died on Saturday from severe hypothermia at the age of 39. The Guardia Civil has opened an investigation to clarify the matter.
Noureddine El Attab was found around five o’clock in the morning in the waters of the port of Castellón and was rushed to the city’s hospital where he died three hours later from severe hypothermia. He would have fallen from his boat, according to health and Guardia Civil sources cited by EFE. An investigation has been opened to determine the causes and circumstances of this fall that led to the death of the Moroccan-born actor.
Noureddine El Attab had one of his most important roles in "El Príncipe", a series in which he was the violent husband of Hiba Abouk, Achraf Hakimi’s wife. The series was broadcast by Telecinco between 2014 and 2016. He also played the role of Farid in "La que se avecina", a butler who ends up becoming a delivery driver. In "Cuéntame", he played the role of a cook in a Brussels restaurant. He also appeared in "La Unidad", "Historias de Alcafrán" and "30 monedas".
