Missing Moroccan Teen Found Safe in Casablanca, Search for Alleged Kidnappers Continues

Missing since Monday, May 9 in Casablanca, Fatima Zarha was found safe and sound on Thursday by the police. The search continues to arrest the alleged kidnappers mentioned in the complaint for theft and kidnapping.
The General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) announced in a press release that it had reacted following a complaint filed by a 17-year-old, claiming to be the victim of a theft by sub-Saharan nationals and claiming that a teenager in his company was kidnapped by the latter in a cemetery in Casablanca.
The investigations were successful. The young girl was found in Casablanca, in the vicinity of the Oulad Ziane bus station, the DGSN said, specifying that she does not show any signs of violence. However, she was subjected to a medical examination.
In addition, the young complainant was placed under surveillance, on the instructions of the public prosecutor’s office. The investigation continues to arrest the migrants mentioned in the complaint for theft and to verify their alleged involvement in the alleged assault on the young girl, the same source said.
