Minor Earthquake Strikes Morocco’s Larache Province, No Damage Reported

A mini earthquake occurred last night in the province of Larache, reports the National Institute of Geophysics (ING).
The seismic shock occurred exactly in the commune of Rissana Janoubia at 10:03:32 PM (GMT+1), the ING indicates, specifying that it was located at 54 km, a latitude of 35.140°N and a longitude of 5.991°W.
The last earthquake in Morocco occurred on September 6 in the Tetouan region. The shock, with a magnitude of 4.8 on the Richter scale, occurred exactly at 11:46 local time at a depth of 52 kilometers.
