Ministry of Education Releases Updated 2021-2022 School Holiday Calendar

After the postponement of the start of the school year, scheduled for Friday, October 1, the ministry has released the new school holiday calendar for the 2021-2022 academic year.

According to the press release, the first vacation, including Independence Day, will take place from Sunday, November 14, 2021 to Sunday, November 21, 2021, or 8 days. The second vacation, including New Year’s, will take place from Sunday, December 26, 2021 to Sunday, January 2, 2022 (8 days).

The end-of-semester vacation is scheduled, according to the same source, from Sunday, February 6, 2022 to Sunday, February 13, 2022 (8 days), while the third vacation will take place from Sunday, April 3, 2022 to Sunday, April 10, 2022 (8 days).
