US Military Trains Moroccan Forces on Advanced Anti-Tank Missile Systems

The Royal Armored School (ERB) of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR) in Meknes organized a series of training sessions on TOW2A anti-tank missiles for the benefit of Moroccan military personnel. These trainings are part of the Moroccan-American military cooperation.
Morocco has requested American expertise to train its military personnel in the use of TOW2A anti-tank missiles. Led remotely by American military trainers for FAR officer and non-commissioned officer trainers, these workshops focused on the methods of using the TOW2A anti-tank missiles recently put into service, according to the FAR Maroc Forum on its Facebook page.
These training sessions took place under good conditions, despite the context of the pandemic, adds the same source. The practical phase of the training involved the participation of a team of American trainers and several military and diplomatic personalities. Firing exercises were thus organized in the military training center of El Hajeb, 30 kilometers south of Meknes.
