AC Milan Pursues Chelsea’s Ziyech as Top Midfield Target

According to information relayed by Gazzetta Dello Sport, Milan is insisting on recruiting Hakim Ziyech. The Moroccan international has gradually seemed to lose his place in the Blues’ starting lineup after Tuchel’s arrival. The 28-year-old winger, under contract until June 2025, would be waiting to find out the German technician’s intentions towards him before making a decision about his future.

However, the operation is currently out of reach for the Rossoneri, simply because Chelsea is not giving any sign. The residents of San Siro would like to get him on loan with a purchase option, but this is an almost impossible equation due to his salary being considered too high.

Meanwhile, other sources note that the Moroccan does not want this transaction. He expressed on Chelsea TV his intention to stay at the club for at least another year. Moreover, during Chelsea’s warm-up match against Bournemouth last Tuesday, Hakim Ziyech was brilliant, showing that he still has his place within the Blues.
