Massive Contraband Cigarette Bust in Agadir: Customs Seizes Record Haul

The Regional Directorate of Customs and Indirect Taxes of Agadir has struck again: on Wednesday, May 29, 2019, it got its hands on a remarkable quantity of contraband cigarettes. An exploit to the credit of the soldiers of the mobile brigade.
An impressive quantity of contraband cigarettes and hookah tobacco, also called "lmâassel".
According to sources from the Regional Directorate of Customs of Agadir, the loot seized by a detachment of the customs mobile brigade of the city, in a bus heading to Fez via Inezgane, after a trap in which the offenders using National Road No. 11, from the Tigmi Boubker district, fell.
An investigation has been launched to determine the responsibilities in this case.
