Mass Poisoning of Stray Cats in Casablanca Shocks Animal Advocates

Animal protection associations had barely finished digesting the scandal of the massive killings of dogs in Dar Bouazza, when they were faced with the mass poisoning of 17 cats in the Oulad Ziane district. The massacre of these 17 cats took place on the night of January 15 to 16.
The information was made public by the association Mchichates, whose goal is to help cats in difficult situations, to rescue them from the streets and ensure their adoption. Thus, 17 cats would have been poisoned and rushed to an emergency veterinary service in Racine, Casablanca.
The association even shared an unbearable video in which two kittens could be seen fighting to survive the effects of the poison that had been administered to them. They would be the only survivors of this poisoning operation.
