Marrakech Tops Travel + Leisure’s Best Destinations in Africa and Middle East

Royal Mansour Marrakech has been named "Best Hotel in North Africa". This was at the occasion of the World, Best Awards of the magazine Travel + Leisure.
The ochre city has also been rewarded by the magazine. It ranked first in the ranking of the best destinations in Africa and the Middle East.
For the management of the hotel complex, this award confirms the leading position of Royal Mansour Marrakech. For this edition, the hotel complex was competing with other prestigious candidates such as La Mamounia and Ritz Carlton in Cairo and other international hotel chains, all nominated in the North Africa and Middle East category.
It should be recalled that Travel + Leisure reaches an audience of over 16 million readers through its print media, digital presence and social networks. It unveils the best destinations and hotels in the world each year. They are rated by the readers of Travel + Leisure.
As selection criteria, the magazine took into account the evaluation of the applicants’ facilities, their locations, their services, their restaurants and their overall merit.
