Marrakech Hotels Requisitioned for Quarantine of Repatriated Moroccans

The authorities in Marrakech have requisitioned four hotel establishments in the city to accommodate Moroccans stranded abroad upon their arrival. They will be placed in quarantine there before joining their families.
Moroccans stranded abroad will be repatriated by special flights. The first groups should arrive this Thursday at Marrakech airport. In order to welcome them in good conditions and in compliance with the current health protocol, the local authorities of the city have requisitioned four hotel establishments for the needs of the confinement, reports Le360. These are the Atlas Asni, the Golf Palmeraie hotel, the Atlas Targa and the Be Live Collection Palmeraie.

Thus, these hotels will be exclusively occupied by the repatriated Moroccans who will be in quarantine there for seven days. During this period, they will benefit from full care and will not be able to leave the hotel or receive visits from their loved ones.
The security services (DGSN, Auxiliary Forces) have received strict instructions to monitor the entrance to the hotels concerned throughout the duration of the confinement.
