But this strong commercial momentum faces a burdensome obstacle. Every six months, the mandatory renewal of authorizations experiences delays, forcing fleets to remain grounded between two and eight days. In December 2023, a license supposed to be validated on the 2nd was only issued on the 7th, highlighting this chronic dysfunction threatening operators’ finances.

These forced interruptions trigger a disastrous chain reaction. The sudden cancellation of flights triggers customer protests, particularly those from other cities, and completely disrupts agencies that include these excursions in their seminars. This blockage starkly contrasts with the ministerial program "Go Siyaha", meant to support these companies in their substantial material and digital investments.
