Major Moroccan Jazz Festivals Jazzablanca and Tanjazz Canceled Due to Pandemic Challenges

Jazzablanca and Tanjazz will no longer take place this year. The organizers have decided to postpone these two major cultural events.
The health of the actors of these two festivals, the difficulties related to their financing, the uncertainty around the opening dates of the borders are among the reasons that motivated the cancellation of these two jazz concerts.
According to Sevenpm, the organizing structure of these two events, the teams have remained mobilized since early March last with great hope of respecting the two appointments for this cultural return.
Sevenpm also thanked all of its collaborators, partners, sponsors, artists, media, and the public for their constant support. It also promises that the next two editions, the 15th for Jazzablanca and the 21st for Tanjazz, will not suffer the same fate as those of 2020. "We will meet again stronger, from July 1 to 3, 2021 for Jazzablanca and from September 23 to 25, 2021 for Tanjazz," it added.
