Major Moroccan Drug Lord Arrested in Spain for International Cocaine and Hashish Trafficking

Hicham, one of the most wanted drug traffickers in Spain by the anti-drug trafficking brigades, has just been arrested. He is a Moroccan who had a foothold in Latin America and was "transiting" drugs to Spain and the Netherlands.
This drug trafficker, whose first name is Hicham, ran his large-scale drug trafficking operation from his home in Spain, more precisely on the Costa del Sol. He was arrested on Friday, June 21, according to information reaching us from the Assabah media.
Five other individuals were arrested in the same case. One of them lived in Galicia, in the west of the country. The latter was described by the same source as being the right-hand man of the network’s boss, the one named Hicham.
A clandestine operation by this mafia to smuggle 3 tons of cocaine into Spain was thwarted by the authorities at the same time. A boat containing this drug, heading towards Galicia, was stopped and the illicit cargo was seized.
According to the initial elements of the investigation, this criminal network was exchanging hashish for cocaine with South American traffickers. The latter were reselling the cannabis in Latin America, highly prized there and more expensive than in Europe, given its scarcity.
