Magnitude 3.7 Earthquake Strikes Off Coast of Driouch, Morocco

The National Institute of Geophysics (ING) announced that a seismic shock of magnitude 3.7 on the Richter scale hit Driouch, on the evening of Tuesday, June 22.
The evening of Tuesday, June 22 was eventful in Driouch. A new shock was recorded in the province. The shock, whose epicenter is located 45 kilometers off the coast of the commune of Oulad Amghar, in the province of Driouch, occurred at 7:43:24 pm (GMT+1), the National Seismic Monitoring and Alert Network of the ING said in a seismic alert bulletin.
The felt shock is at a depth of 18 km, at a latitude of 35.600°N and a longitude of 3.595°W.
