Magnitude 4.5 Earthquake Strikes Off Coast of Agadir, Morocco

The Agadir region recorded a seismic shock of magnitude 4.5 on the Richter scale this Monday morning, according to the National Institute of Geophysics (ING).
According to data from the National Seismic Monitoring and Alert Network, under the ING, the shock, whose epicenter is located off the coast of the province of Agadir, occurred at 5:51:46 AM (GMT+1), the institute said in a seismic alert bulletin.
The shock occurred at a depth of 3 km, at a latitude of 30.290°N and a longitude of 9.650°W, according to the same source.
