LGBTQIA+ Support Center in Seraing Partners with Anti-Discrimination Foundation

The Ihsane Jarfi Foundation, which fights against discrimination and homophobia, will be installed in the premises of the reception and support space for people from the LGBTQIA+ community in Seraing from March 1st. This is the decision of the municipal council.
The municipal council of the City of Seraing has just materialized its wish, that of developing the new space intended to welcome and support people from the LGBTQIA+ community inaugurated last November by associating with the Ihsane Jarfi Foundation, which actively fights against any form of discrimination and/or violence against individuals or groups because of their real or perceived sexual orientation or gender identity.
The municipal council of the city has made a decision in this direction. It intends to allow the Ihsane Jarfi association to benefit from the new Seraing Equality of Opportunities hall, recently inaugurated on the first floor of the establishment located rue Giordano Bruno, reports 7sur7. As of March 1st, this association will occupy these offices twice a month. It will have the ASBL Maison Arc-en-Ciel as a co-occupant.
