The royal gendarmerie services had arrested these defendants in the company of another Kuwaiti who was not prosecuted for lack of flagrante delicto, as well as a maid. She was aware of what was happening and used her efforts to hide the villa’s visitors, who were usually Gulf nationals. In addition, the owner of the villa is also in the sights of the Moroccan justice system. He is the subject of a national search warrant. He received more than 150,000 dirhams for renting his villa for a month for the benefit of the involved Kuwaitis, and would have been aware of their intentions.
Currently, the investigators are continuing their investigations to find a citizen from a sub-Saharan African country. He is said to have sold cocaine doses to the Kuwaiti singer and his companions near a well-known nightclub in Marrakech.
