Kuwaiti Singer Arrested in Marrakech Prostitution Raid

A famous Kuwaiti singer is among the people arrested in a villa set up for prostitution in a residence located in the tourist area of Agdal, on Mohammed VI Avenue in Marrakech.
New developments in the case of the search of a villa set up for prostitution in a residence located in the tourist area of Agdal, on Mohammed VI Avenue in Marrakech. The Kuwaiti singer Tariq Alkhraiyef is among the arrested persons, reveals the local site kech24, adding that he was apprehended along with two other Kuwaiti nationals, as well as three young Moroccan women, in addition to the manager of the villa set up for prostitution. The services of the Royal Gendarmerie presented the accused to the public prosecutor at the end of last week. On Wednesday, it was decided to prosecute the Kuwaiti singer at large. He is accused of consuming hard drugs. It was also decided to prosecute the other Kuwaiti citizens and the young Moroccan women at large. As for the manager of the villa, he is being prosecuted in custody. He is accused of preparing a place of prostitution and human trafficking. He is incarcerated in the Oudaya prison.
The owner of the villa is the subject of a national search warrant. In addition to prostitution, he is also involved in tax evasion and failure to declare rental operations of the villa, as well as information about its tenants, in violation of the laws governing rental operations. Claiming to enjoy great influence, he has made several interventions to avoid his arrest and escape justice.
