King Mohammed VI Offers Condolences to Family of Moroccan-Canadian Pilot Killed in Plane Crash

Following the death of the young Moroccan-Canadian pilot, Hind Barch, King Mohammed VI sent a message of condolence and compassion to her family.
According to the website assahafa.com, Soraya El Othmani, the Moroccan Ambassador to Canada, conveyed King Mohammed VI’s condolences to the family of the young Moroccan-Canadian pilot, who died in the crash of her Cessna plane, which disappeared on the night of Wednesday, September 4 to Thursday, September 5, before being found on Saturday, September 7.
The Sovereign has instructed the diplomat to take all necessary measures to provide the necessary support and assistance to Hind Barch’s family.
Trained at the Cargair aviation school, Hind Barch had taken off from Mirabel Airport on Wednesday, September 4, to perform a "Touch and go" maneuver in Sherbrooke, from which she would not return alive.
Her ambition was to accumulate more flight hours, day and night, in order to obtain a professional license and become a commercial airline pilot with Air Transat.
