King Mohammed VI Names New Royal Protocol Director in Morocco

King Mohammed VI has just appointed Abdelali Belkacem as Director of the Royal Protocol and Chancellery, announces a press release from the Ministry of the Royal Household, Protocol and Chancellery.
Familiar with the Royal Household where he has been working since 1998, the new Director of Protocol has the ideal profile to carry out the tasks related to this position. Among them, the management of the ceremonial of the Palace, the preparation of receptions and meetings, the supervision of all protocol use of Moroccan and foreign personalities received by the Moroccan sovereign.
In this position, Abdelali Belkacem replaces Abdeljaouad Belhaj, appointed in 2010 by King Mohammed VI. He has been called to other functions.
