King Mohammed VI Mourns Former Privatization Minister Abderrahmane Saaïdi

King Mohammed VI sent a message of condolence and compassion to the family members of the late Abderrahmane Saaïdi, former Minister of Privatization, who died on Tuesday at the age of 74.
In a message, the Moroccan sovereign expressed to the members of the deceased’s family and, through them, to all his loved ones, "his deep condolences and sincere feelings of compassion, imploring the Almighty to admit the deceased into His grace, to reward him abundantly on the occasion of this sacred month and to grant his loved ones patience and comfort".
The King mentioned in his message the qualities of "dedication and loyalty shown by the deceased in the various high missions and responsibilities entrusted to him". He ended by imploring the Most High to "accept him among his virtuous servants and to reward him for the meritorious services rendered to his homeland".
The former Minister of Privatization passed away in the night from Monday, May 11 to Tuesday, May 12. He was minister from 1993 to 1998. Abderrahmane Saaïdi was an eminent financier, tax specialist and consultant for companies.
