King Mohammed VI Makes Surprise Night Visit to Rabat Neighborhoods

It was 8:30 pm on Monday, January 13th, when the car of King Mohammed VI was spotted, beating the arteries of the capital Rabat, in the absence of any escort.
Immediately after the signing ceremony of the framework agreement for the National Drinking Water Supply and Irrigation Program, the Sovereign left the royal palace towards the largest popular neighborhood of the capital.
Aboard his personal car, the king was supervising, alone, the various structural projects of the neighborhood, before making his way through the different neighborhoods of the city, including El Menzeh, the FAR avenue, the Massira boulevard as well as other places.
The passage of the Sovereign, who appeared to be in excellent physical shape, was greeted by the many residents of the neighborhoods, reported the rue20 website.
