Kickboxing Star Badr Hari Signs with Glory for Six-Fight Comeback

Badr Hari is back this year for new challenges, as he announced himself a few days ago. The Moroccan champion has indeed signed with Glory for several fights.
While some had already retired him, the Moroccan has, against all odds, announced his return to the ring to compete in six new fights. The opponents are not yet known, but as he writes himself on his Facebook account, his team and him are currently studying the proposals. "Only candidates who are seriously considered will be contacted."
Among the potential opponents, the rematch against Rico Verhoeven. The latter has not hidden his anger after learning of Hari’s signing of the contract with Glory, an organization for which he also fights. "I hope my next fight will be against Badr. If I calculate correctly, it will be possible in December. He will be able to fight again. And there is no longer any reason for Glory to wait. My last fight was last September. In December it will have been a year and three months since I have not fought," he reacted in the Dutch media.
There is also talk of a fight against the other Moroccan champion: Jamal Ben Saddik. The latter had just after his victory last September in Amsterdam challenged Badr Hari who was in the audience. Getting into the ring, Badr Hari has probably been forced to accept because he does not want to fight another Moroccan. "You are not my first choice, but if you really want it, it’s okay with me. I’m ready," Hari had replied, adding that Ben Saddik’s fight was funny. "I found it funny, he fought against an amateur. They do their best but they are not among the best."
To push Hari to accept, he had also during a show on a Moroccan channel claimed that Badr feared him and was afraid of him. "His time is over because he has aged a bit. Moreover, personally, I was a big fan of Badr Hari and I know that he can no longer reproduce what he used to do before and it is time for another Moroccan to raise the Moroccan flag," he had estimated.
