Juventus Eyes Benatia or Boateng to Replace Injured Chiellini

Juventus de Turin intends to make a choice between the Moroccan international, Medhi Benatia, and the German, Jerome Boateng, to replace the injured Giorgio Chiellini.
Who could replace Giorgio Chiellini at Juventus? The Italian club is looking for a player to take the place of their defender who injured his cruciate ligament in a knee during a training session.
According to Tuttosport, Juventus is betting on two defenders: the Atlas Lion, Medhi Benatia, and the German World Champion, Jerome Boateng, currently at Bayern Munich.
The bianconeri supporters are already leaning towards the Moroccan international. The Juventus coach had started him for two and a half seasons between 2016 and 2019. However, it will take a trifle of 25 million for the club to enroll Jerome Boateng in its squad.
The management of Juventus de Turin still have the day of Monday, September 2 to finalize the signing of a central defender before the closing of the summer transfer window.
