Jealous Husband Brutally Attacks Wife in Skhirat, Leaving Her Critically Injured

Last Saturday, the thirty-year-old, jealous of his wife’s associations, decided to follow her, provoking a domestic dispute during which he completely disfigured her.

He then stabbed her several times in the chest, before surrendering to the gendarmes, leaving his wife in a pool of blood. It is not yet known whether the victim’s prognosis is engaged.

During his interrogation, the individual confessed to the gendarmes that he had caught his wife in the company of a stranger. He was taken into custody, pending his appearance before the Attorney General.
