Israeli Coconut Fiber Firm Expands in Morocco with New Distribution Deal

Pelemix, an Israeli company specializing in the manufacture and marketing of coconut fiber as a growing medium, is conquering the Moroccan market. In this regard, it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with EarthSense Morocco, an innovative provider of agri-food services and products, in Morocco.
Offering top-quality coco-based substrates, strengthening Pelemix’s position in the Moroccan market... These are the objectives of this partnership. According to the two parties, it is also a question of making Pelemix’s products, which will now be reinforced by the local presence and agronomic support of EarthSense, easily accessible in the kingdom, writes Le Desk. "By integrating Pelemix products into our portfolio, EarthSense Maroc is associating with a brand synonymous with quality and innovation," says Marouane Benmouama, CEO and founder of EarthSense Maroc. He added: "We are very optimistic about the future and our ability to reach our existing and potential customers in the local market."
Leader in the coconut fiber market - coconut peat substrate for hydroponic growers and nurseries, Pelemix offers a wide range of coconut fiber-based products, including growing bags, 5 kg bales, open roofs, mixes and other exclusive fiber-based products. As for its new partner, EarthSense, it expanded its activities to Morocco in 2022 by partnering with the Israeli Fruitspec. The latter helps fruit production players to obtain better prices by optimizing orchard yield according to market demand through decision-making tools and data accessible on a computer platform.
