Israel-Morocco Chamber of Commerce Launches to Boost Bilateral Trade

A few months after the normalization of diplomatic relations between the two countries, the Israel-Morocco Chamber of Commerce (CCIM) is now a reality.
The Israel-Morocco Chamber of Commerce (CCIM) is an independent non-profit, apolitical organization dedicated to promoting bilateral trade, investment and business relations between Israel and Morocco. Two official meetings were held at Industry House (Tel Aviv) and Boulevard Rothschild in the last two days, reports Israel Valley. Dr. Yehuda Lancry, former Israeli ambassador to France, and Dr. Daniel Rouach are the co-promoters. The presentation of the CCIM will be made to Israeli businessmen in July.
The CCIM allows Moroccan companies to seize opportunities in several sectors such as agriculture, aquaculture, water management, agri-food and others in which Israel has developed quality know-how. It also provides a service of advice and practical information to Moroccan and Israeli companies. The CCIM also organizes various networking events and provides support and assistance to business networks in Israel and Morocco in order to facilitate and accelerate trade and investment between the kingdom and the Hebrew state.
Services such as networking opportunities, professional contacts and the opportunity to be featured in a panel of speakers at various events are also offered to members. The list of board members and the program of activities will be released soon.
